Orders may take between 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. After orders are captured in our system, if you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please call our Client Care Representatives at 1-800-309-1009 or email at clientcare@wigoutlet.com. Our Representatives are available during our business hours of 8:30am - 6:30pm (CST) from Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Note: Once your order’s status is set to “shipped” we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Air, US Ground, Canada Air or International) during checkout.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional charges. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Orders may only be modified within 2 business hours from being placed as long as your order’s status is not set to “shipped.” WigOutlet.com begins processing very quickly in order to ship as soon as possible.

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, & PayPal.*

All Credit Card charges will appear as WigOutlet.com

For your convenience, we also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders for orders within the U.S. only. No personal checks please.

*In order to comply with PayPal’s best practices standards, all orders placed using PayPal will be captured within 24-48 hours from the order placement.

Discounts and coupons are limited to one (1) per order.

Color rings, donations, WigSECURE™, WigSECURE Crystal™,  Envy 3-in1- Airstyler, and accessories are excluded from all discounts.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping in the U.S. on orders over $99 and have multiple shipping options to make sure your purchase arrives on time. Note: For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout along with delivery time estimates.

*All shipping promotions apply to U.S. Ground shipments only. NOTE: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska do not qualify for ground shipping. US Air Shipping is the required option. 

**We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries. Any refused International (including Canada) packages will only be refunded 50% of the product total. 

Additional Shipping Charges

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address or refusal upon delivery, there will be a 15% fee automatically charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Signature Required Note

While WigOutlet.com requires a signature for clients to accept shipments/orders over $500, the client can have that waived through UPS My Choice. However, we do not recommend waiving the signature requirement because if the package is lost you have waived all liability; therefore, UPS cannot do a trace investigation to locate or recover the package.

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please contact us.

What is Guide Package Protection?

Guide Package Protection protects your order against loss, damage, theft, and more. In just a couple of clicks, you'll receive a refund or replacement for approved claims. To cover your order, make sure Guide Package protection is checked before you place your order at checkout.

If you opt out of Guide Package Protection then Wig Outlet is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

How long before my delivery is classed as lost?

If your parcel hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 5 days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.

What happens if my parcel is stolen / if it says delivered but I haven’t received it?

File a claim as normal here, and Guide will go ahead and process your claim.

How long do I have to file a claim?

30 – 45 days, depending on the claim type. This is from the date you placed your order.

Return Policy - Updated June 17, 2022

We want you happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns on all eligible products! There are no restocking fees when you return your eligible item(s). Prepaid return labels are available to customers in the contiguous 48 states of the United States, they're optional and if you use it, we'll deduct $10.95 from the total order refund amount.

Once received, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days after processing your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account. Use our return app, it's simple click here! 

Return Product Eligibility

Products on WigOutlet.com are new, overstock, open box, closeout, last call, clearance and discontinued items. However, not all items are returnable. 

Eligible Products

• In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
• Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible)
• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.

Ineligible Products:

Altered, Worn, Damaged, Discontinued, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return. 

If your product is ineligible for return, we will email you the option of:

1. Returning the item(s) to you at your cost
2. Donating the item(s) to a charity (receipt of donation available upon request).

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt if we do not otherwise receive direction from you.

There are no return/restocking fees on orders returned for store credit or refund within 30 days of order received. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged no later than 30 days of the original ship date. When using the pre-paid label to return your order, a return shipping charge starting of $10.95 will be deducted from the return amount.

To Return: Repackage your item(s) as received and ensure your item is sufficiently boxed and secure. Print the return shipping label that you received from the www.wigoutlet.com/returns page. By using this return label, your return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit. When packaging, ensure the RMA number is visible on the outside of the box.  

Any other address used will put your item at risk for getting lost in the mail, sent to the wrong company, or delaying your refund.

Ineligible Products

Closeout & Final Sale items, Altered, Worn or Damaged items are FINAL SALE. No Returns or Exchanges.
