For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address or refusal upon delivery, there will be a 15% fee automatically charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Signature Required Note
While WigOutlet.com requires a signature for clients to accept shipments/orders over $500, the client can have that waived through UPS My Choice. However, we do not recommend waiving the signature requirement because if the package is lost you have waived all liability; therefore, UPS cannot do a trace investigation to locate or recover the package.
We cannot ship via a traceable method to APO/FPO/PO boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please contact us.

We want you happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns on all eligible products! There are no restocking fees when you return your eligible item(s). Prepaid return labels are available to customers in the contiguous 48 states of the United States, they're optional and if you use it, we'll deduct $10.95 from the total order refund amount.

Products on WigOutlet.com are new, overstock, open box, closeout, last call, clearance and discontinued items. However, not all items are returnable.
Altered, Worn, Damaged, Discontinued, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
