To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand.

I am wearing her right this moment, fits like a glove. I am home and not using anything to secure her to my head and she is staying in place, although I would secure her if I went out. No thinning or trimming or other alterations needed, perfect right out of the box. This is my first piece and am wonderfully surprised with how far wig technology has advanced over the years.
