Top Billing 18” by Raquel Welch is a long, tapered hair topper featuring a monofilament top. This topper blends well into long layered hairstyles and is perfect for extra coverage and/or volume on top. Depending on your mood, it can be styled with bangs or worn swept away from the face. Also available in Top Billing 12".
To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand.
Many wigs come in petite, average and large cap sizes. Average size wigs, however, tend to fit about 90-95% of customers. See wig size chart below, so you are able to determine the best cap size for you!

I have ordered a Top Billing 18” before and it was gorgeous long layers. This one had more like bangs than long layers. I had to return. I think it’s a hit or miss situation with every wig with any company. Wig Outlet makes it the misses easier. I will try again.
I have serious hair loss on top, pretty thin at the temples. I have worn this all day every day for work and into the evening to after-work dinner using adhesive, day after day. I wear it in an updo, and I feel confident and comfortable - I think it’s a great option.

I'm not real happy with this at all. For the price, which I think is too much for fake hair and I was hoping for that price that it wouldn't look so fake, but it kinda does. I tried curling it as it said you could but does not curl at all! Kept it because I'm desperate as the top of my hair is so thin! Bummer was hoping for better
