How to measure head size
To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand.
Many wigs come in petite, average and large cap sizes. Average size wigs, however, tend to fit about 90-95% of customers. See wig size chart below, so you are able to determine the best cap size for you!

Hello,
When I received my wig it was bare in the box.
No tissue, netting, tag (I did not mind that) and no message or card.
Nothing to indicate that anyone even looked at the wig.
It definately looked like returned wig.
Before I even took the wig out of the box
which was disheveled due to moving around during shipping), I called customer service to see what might have happened and express my concern.
She said that this was normal to which I said "how as a customer supposed to know that someone has checked the wig and that somethimg has not fallen thru the cracks?"
No answer other than i could return it if I wanted.
I feel this could be an area of improvement for your company.
A very simple card enclosed in the box along with a piece of tissue paper would go a long way towards instilling confidence with you customers.

I have had great success with wigoutlet and have purchased many many wigs from them. I was so excited for this piece and at first look it was beautiful. Unfortunately, in my excitement, I didn’t look at this wig thoroughly when it came out of box. I didn’t notice the frazzled lace until after I wore it for a few hours and was wondering why the lace was rolling up on me. When I looked more closely the lace was split and frazzled like someone tried to cut the lace and did a terrible job of it. I will be more careful next time when I receive a wig. Lesson learned.

I have purchased many wigs in the past and for different reasons none of them look right on me. This one is a winner as it is very comfortable, looks real and color is good for my complexation. I wore it to work and received many compliments so I purchased 2 more.
