Miranda | Synthetic Lace Front Wig (Mono Part)

I wanted to make an update because I gave Miranda 4 stars originally. My original review on this beautiful wig was written too soon after getting her and a few cons that I did put were really about me getting used to wearing a wig that was not heat friendly.

I have since worn Miranda multiple times and made her mine with a bit of trimming of the bangs and using a really great dry shampoo. I had stated before that the hair was very shiny, but I realized that the fibers that Jon Renau uses in these wigs are softer and last longer because you don't use heat on them. The shininess comes with the non-heat friendly aspect of the wig.

Now that I've had time to get to know Miranda and carefully using steam to fix the part and the bangs, or long length that frames the face, I am here to buy another one in a different color. I did mean everything positive that I said in my original review, but even the lace front that I had thought was scratchy In my original review has softened.

I 100% recommend this beautiful wig. She is my go-to for those days and nights that I have something special going on. I feel absolutely beautiful wearing her.

I do enjoy wearing this Jon Renau wig. It is obviously one of his budget pieces because the lace front is scratchy and The hair is very shiny. You definitely have to get a can of dry shampoo to dull her down. I ordered a blonde/gold/cool medium brown mix and the gold and blonde strands look like Barbie hair. You truly need to use a lot of dry shampoo to get her to look a little bit natural.

Other than that, she really is beautiful and the waves are stunning. She is easy to part and I used steam to help secure that part and to get the bangs out of my face. Being that this week is not heat friendly, it is very hard to keep those bangs from falling into your face. I use the steamer but I always make sure that it's far enough away that I don't melt the fibers. I then use a stronghold wig hairspray, but this one has a hard time staying out of your face.

Miranda is a light yet full wig with minimal permatease. She weighs hardly anything. What I absolutely adore about Miranda is the fact that you can put this sweet girl up in a bun, ponytail or braid and it looks natural. I do feel beautiful and **** when wearing her. She is a good quality wig and I do love Jon Renau wigs. Her fibers are soft and retain their shape. Even after wearing all day there wasn't much detangling that I had to do. I can tell that Miranda is going to last me quite a while, especially with good care.

I usually buy heat-friendly wigs and to me, The fibers look more real. I have limited experience with wigs…
