California Beach Waves | HF Synthetic Lace Front Wig (Mono Top)

I have ordered this exact wig - California Beach Waves several times before. It has been a staple in my collection. I love it for its realistic hairline and beautiful length . This time I tried a new color and I love it! But the fiber/ hair is another story!! I wore it only twice before it started to tangle. I do wear these daily all day long. Sometimes I'm sitting at a desk other times I might be moving around more but either way it doesn't matter what I do, it Tangles horribly. I have tried several different things and products and nothing is helping. I have had wigs act like this after 3 or 4 months of use not just one week of wearing. There is something seriously wrong with this fiber. It is way too expensive to be acting like this. And I'm not talking about just some knots underneath, I am talking about clumping, sticking together, all over. I've never seen anything like it. I will be writing the company. I would definitely not recommend this anymore at this time.

Received this wig two weeks ago and have been wearing it nearly every day. The wig itself is beautiful—it's very true to the pictures, with a good amount of volume without permatease. The waves loosen a bit when you comb through it, but bounce right back shortly after. The bangs are very flattering and the allowance for the part is very generous. I've gotten so many compliments wearing this one!

Now for the downsides—this wig is on the frizzy side and tangles very easily. You will need to keep a wide tooth comb on hand to help with that. The fibers (especially at the ends) are "dry" and not silky. And because this is a heat friendly wig, I've found the ends get that scraggly texture within one to two wears. I deal with it by using my hot comb on the lowest heat and brushing through the ends. I've found it helps smooth out that scraggly-ness without undoing the style. I do it every other wear to keep the ends from looking matted.

I took off only one point because I do a lot of maintenance on my wigs, so working on this one isn't a big deal for me. It's style and color makes up for the effort. However, if you need an easy go to wig for everyday wear without the maintenance, this one won't be for you.
