Arrow, Chocolate Rooted

I’m on the fence about this Arrow. She’s really pretty and complements my brown eyes, but already out of the box, she seems potentially tangley. Still though, I think Arrow would age well on the ends because of the loose wave and wouldn’t look super frazzled like straight wigs tend to. The color (Chocolate-R, 6.30.4) is really dynamic with well-blended, natural-looking auburn highlights on a 4 base, but clearly created in a salon especially around the face and hairline. The lace front on Arrow is the best I’ve seen in comparison to the other 3 EWs I ordered. The lace blends really well into my hairline and skin tone. The density is thicker than EW’s Miley, Flash, and Touch perhaps because of Arrow’s length. She requires little to no training in comparison to those and is great out of the box — a hard find lately! I don’t feel any permatease in Arrow yet she’s not flat on my head either. Sort of glam actually, but still easy going if that makes sense. The more I admire her, the more I think she’s the one to keep! Arrow by Ellen Wille | Lace Front Wig Arrow by Ellen Wille | Lace Front Wig Review

4 months later and I love it even more!

This is my second review, because I just can’t say enough about how much I love this wig. The pictures don’t do it justice in my opinion. I did widen the part with tweezers a bit, and I think it looks most natural with part of it up, but overall it’s amazing out of the box AND with regular use. Obsessed with the rooting, which is light brown and has a few blond pieces in the front that go all the way to the scalp, so I feel like a natural almost-blonde. The waves are casual but not messy. It looks so natural, I love this hair!

Beautiful, versatile, and pretty realistic!

There is a lot to love about this wig. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. But first, the most important question- DOES IT LOOK REAL?!?!?! The answer is yes, mostly. There isn't much of a part, but the roots really are sufficiently distracting. And of course, the part problem is easy enough to fix with a pair of tweezers and a youtube tutorial if you're a perfectionist ( I didn't touch the part, and I'm still passing this thing off as "extensions" successfully. The lacefront is impeccable. The density is luxurious for someone like me, who has been plagued by thin hair forever, but it's not so thick that it looks wiggy. I do feel like it looks more realistic if you clip part back and dim the suspiciously healthy sheen with some face powder, but that's just my preference. The carmel-lighted color is gorgeous, and I appreciate that the roots aren't TOO dark. I still feel like a natural almost-blonde in this thing. Overall, I'd say this is a great bet if you want something feminine and sexy yet casual. I was really nervous about people knowing this was a wig Arrow by Ellen Wille | Lace Front Wig Arrow by Ellen Wille | Lace Front Wig Review

Nice and Natural Wig With Just the Right Amount of Hair

I love every thing about this Wig. The only thing I will alter is to cut some side bangs in. The color is natural and Ellen Wille always produces a good quality over all.

I really want to give it 5 stars BUT....

So I love this wig when it comes to comfort and realism. It fits my head almost perfectly, only a little baggy. The hairline and density near the top and hairline are very realistic, no thinking needed. The mono part is perfect, all you need is to add powdered concealer to reduce the shine and voila...scalp! The ear tabs aren’t bulky and ear tucking is not a struggle. I love that the waves are very relaxed and look like regular everyday hair which is what I want. I don’t need to look salon fresh everyday. The color caramel lighted is perfect for warm toned skin. It has rooting too even though the description doesn’t say that. What I don’t like is that the fibers get tangled easy and I need a mister of silicone on them if I go out into the elements for an extended length of time. Wind is not this hairs friend! I guess that might help with the shine factor but in order to keep this wig that looks like you are low maintenance in good condition it needs a lot of maintenance. I really want to purchase another Arrow in another color but now I’m hesitant because of the fibers. I will have to see how well this holds up. Arrow by Ellen Wille | Lace Front Wig Review
