How to measure head size
To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand.
Many wigs come in petite, average and large cap sizes. Average size wigs, however, tend to fit about 90-95% of customers. See wig size chart below, so you are able to determine the best cap size for you!

I wear this piece a lot. It's comfortable and stylish, without being pouffy or dull. I'm short, with a petite-average head, and this cap feels just right to me. The hairstyle, though, is longer on me than on the model photos, and tends to hang almost straight, which is a nice change. Usually I wear wavy wigs like Julianne, but this is a distinct change of pace. I'm still making friends with it, thinking of cutting the sides a bit shorter to give it a wave around the face.

I bought shaded iced latte, a greige wig with a dark root. Looks almost lilac in the light. I happen to wear a lot of lilac, so I enjoy this color. Love the low density of this wig. It reminds me of a lighter, perhaps longer version of Upstage. Now about the cap. I'm a petite/average (21 1/2 inches) and this is a hand-tied wig with silicon patches on the eartabs and nape. Love that. The problem is, the wig is not comfy for my head size. It's more of an average/large or just a large, particularly in the back. Result: Baggy cap syndrome, which I hate--and I don't know how to fix this issue with a hand-tied cap. It's such a lovely piece (at an incredible Black Friday price! ) that I decided to just live with it, cinch in the back a bit, ignore the bagginess. I only notice it when I feel the back of my head anyway...I expect this from wefted RW wigs, but the hand-tied caps usually run smaller. Um, not this one.
