I've gotten 4 wig over the past 2 years and this one held up the shortest amount of time. Although I've never had it around heat, the back of my wig looks as though it got against heat. It looks ratty and messy. I've bought average cqp for every other wig, just like this one. But this one, I couldn't tuck the hair behind my ear out of fear you'd see my real hair underneath. Near the end of wearing this one it wouldn't even sit completely flat against my hair line. I had to make sure the wig hair covered that certain part so you couldn't see it lifted up. I stupidly decided to order another Jon Renau to replace this one. On arrival, I loved the color but the crown of it looked like it had gotten stuck in a blow dryer. It looked horrific. I quickly sent it back and Wig Outlet made it right, as they do! I was very pleased with the return process. Super easy. I will never order a Jon Renau again because the Kristen didn't hold up like my cheaper wigs. It might be a best seller but I didn't care for this one.
This is a new color for me with a favorite style of mine, and I like it. JR has nice California Blonde shades, and I get regular compliments on them. Highly recommended.

This unit was exactly what I was looking for. It sits a bit above the shoulders on me, so no rubbing on my clothing, and damaging the fibers. I ordered Palm Springs Blonde, and its just so beautiful. The fit is good, and I didn't need to adjust it at all. This has quickly become my everyday style.
Nice wig for the price. It's my main go to wig. My only complaint is that it's a little thick on the top.
The wig is beautiful and very realistic. My only complaint is the fly always. I can't keep it out of my face, even with a good wig hairspray.
I love her!! The color 8RH14* is so realistic. The smart lace is very comfortable to wear. the fibers are soft but not so soft that its wiggy I love that the fibers are NOT shiny, making it even more realistic the cap is open which is very cool especially here in Florida. It does have some permatease, which I’m not a big fan of, but fortunately this one is just a bit on the top to give it a little lift . If you can snag this in the color you like get it, it took me a while of looking because the color was out of stock. Now I know why, its beautiful. You wont be disappointed

Am pleased with this purchase. Haven't worn it yet as I want to have some bangs cut but need to schedule an appointment for that. The color matches my hair exactly and it is a good length too.
I was a little worried about the permatease in this style, but its really not that noticeable at all unless you are looking for it. I think it's an easy style to just throw on and go! Not much tangling after a week of wear. I can see this wig lasting for a good long time.
The color Flurry is gorgeous, I absolutely adore it, it’s the only reason I’m not rating this 1star. The fit of the cap is closer to the fit on Jon Renau’s petite caps which is great for me. I have Mila petite and this Kristen fits me exactly the same. My JR Elle is massive on me, so Kristen fits smaller than most of JR’s average caps. The problem is the permatease is atrocious, it sticks up everywhere, and even with all that horrible permatease, the wefts in the part are still visible. I soaked her in cold water, hung her upside down to dry, shook her out, fluffed the permatease, but you can still see the wefts no matter where I part it. I’ll just have to wear her with a hat or wide headband.
Immediately loved this wig & colour. It’s perfect for every day, very natural.
