easiPart XL Human Hair 12” by easihair is a clip in top piece (Hair Topper) that adds seamless volume and coverage on the top of the head and along the part. The easiPart XL base is made of a fine hand-tied monofilament base that measures 5” x 3”-5.75”. easiPart XL is ideal for concealing thinning hair on the top and along the part. The placement, size, and shape add volume and thickness overall and also covers root growth in between color services.
You apply it using the 4 pressure sensitive clips and align the part with your own. The 100% Remy human hair feels healthy, tangles less, and is available in a variety of natural shades. It can be heat-styled with a flat iron or curling iron creating the perfect integration. The hair length measures 12" inches and is made with the best density for creating fullness without looking bulky or obvious. easiPart XL is everything you want in a hairpiece; it naturally enhances your hair making it look healthy, voluminous, and long. To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand.
Many wigs come in petite, average and large cap sizes. Average size wigs, however, tend to fit about 90-95% of customers. See wig size chart below, so you are able to determine the best cap size for you!

The item came, I tried it on, I had questions (it seemed as though the back of the topper had hair missing) so I called customer service which was open for at least another hour (according to the website). The customer service representative I spoke with - Jade, was not helpful at all. She was leaving for the day, I guess early, and did not have the time to help me and suggested I call back the next day. I asked her if I could speak with someone else, she said no one was available. I tried calling the next day, and guess what, Jade picked up, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor (as I did not want to speak with her again) she said none were available and she was the only person to speak with (listen to the recorded call if you record your calls).
I am not sure why someone with no sensitivity would be hired to answer the phone when someone is calling regarding such a sensitive issue. I have spent a lot, I mean a lot of money with Wigs.com and have recently ordered through the WigOutlet but I am now looking for alternative sites to order from. I feel slighted and I also feel I was not treated as a valuable customer. Even if I have to try a different brand, I will. I don't need my hand held, but I do need some guidance from time to time, and evidently Jade is the only person available at the WigOutlet...and funny thing, I tried to call Wigs.com and guess what again, Jade picked up so I immediately hung up. Unbelievable.

I am very happy with this topper. I had to return a medium brown #6 because ti was very "coppery." Customer service was very helpful and recommended the #4. It is a close match to my medium brown hair. It does have a little red in it. The only negative is the "natural part" is very narrow and on top of my dark hair it is not visible. I will order another one.
