Nice wig.

The wig was very nice I wanted it to be perfect. I have a petite head and it was just too much hair/permatease for me.

The Best Ever!

I have been buying wigs (now and then, thru the years) since I was in my early 20's, when you could afford 'real' hair wigs (I am now, 75); so, I am fairly experienced with different brands and the quality. Now, after buying a Raquel Welch wig, I will want to sick with her wigs. The quality is outstanding, and I have received more compliments than usual, when I wear the beautiful "Boost" wig, by Raquel Welch. The color is Mocha and it is perfect for me; I can even have my own hair blend it it, around the face and at the back of my neck. I am a very happy customer of the Wig Outlet.

Cute...But...

I have a love/hate relationship with Boost. I love the style. It's as if Voltage had a younger, edgier, wild-child little sister. I've worn Voltage a lot over the years and love it. But Boost is just cuter. Messier. More fun. I love it and so does my husband. So..what's the problem? First, the cap is HUGE on my petite head. I've never had this problem with RW before. 7 strategic tucks later, that was fixed. Permatease. Lots and lots of permatease. It's needed to hold the style but unless you get a rooted color, it shows. I have Buttered Toast and added my own roots. The permatease is at the root everywhere in the wig and itches. I wear a wig cap with it and will sew a lining in along the hairline, which will solve the problem. The upshot...I think this is a really cute wig. If it's on sale, I'll buy it again...knowing it'll take some tweaking to make it work.

Darling Wig!

Raquel Welch brand is my favorite out of all the wigs I own (35+). This one is now among my favorites. Boost can be worn with the front long pieces framing your face or tuck them behind one ear or both ears! Each way makes the wig look completely different! So much versatility in one purchase! I cannot recommend this one enough!
