Pricing Policy

Wig Outlet provides high quality products at exceptional pricing. Please note* most styles will have pricing which will vary by color available. Some colors (due to being discontinued or overstocked) will be priced differently than other colors. For accuracy, once you choose your style, please choose your desired color to see the sale price for that particular item.

For your convenience, we also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. No personal checks please.


Changes to Order begins processing very quickly in order to ship as soon as possible.  Orders may not be modified after  2 business hours from being placed.


Return Policy

We want you happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (Discontinued, Last Call & CloseOut items are not eligible for return. see below for details).

A return handling fee will be applied for all eligible products returned for refund.(see below for details). 


Altered, Worn, Damaged, Discontinued, Last Call & CloseOut items are not eligible for return. 

  • 10% Return & Handling fee for items. We will process your refund within 3 business days from processing your return.  Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account. 


Return Product Eligibility

Products on are new, overstock, open box, closeout, last call, clearance and discontinued. However, not all items are returnable. 

Altered, Worn, Damaged, Discontinued, Last Call & CloseOut items are not eligible for return. 

Eligible Products:

  • In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  • Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Ineligible Products:

  • Worn, Damaged, Discontinued, Closeout, Last Call items

If your product is ineligible for return, we will email you the option of:

  • Returning the item(s) to you at your cost
  • Donating the item(s) to a charity (receipt of donation available upon request).

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt if we do not otherwise receive direction from you.

NOTE: A wig hygiene guard is provided with every wig for use when trying the wig on.  This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for exchange/return.


How To Return

Repackage your item(s) along with the completed Return Request Form (included on reverse of packing slip), and mail it to the address on the form within 30 days of receipt of original shipment.


Shipping Information

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to APO/FPO/PO boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.


Flat-Fee Shipping

We offer 4 shipping options:

  1. Free shipping on all orders over $99* (US customer only)
  2. US Ground* shipping takes 7–9 business days: $7.95
  3. US Air shipping takes 4–6 business days: 14.95**
  4. US Express shipping takes 2–3 business days: $39.95**

*All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only.
**Shipping and Handling will be calculated at checkout based upon destination.


Additional Shipping Charges

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address or refusal upon delivery, there will be a 15% fee automatically charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Order Processing

Orders are processed in to our system within 2 hours of order placement, at which time, they cannot be changed in any way. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Air, US Ground, Canada Air or International) on the order form.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping charges. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Shipping Delays
