Returns are easy at WigOutlet, simply follow the steps below.

 

What can I return?

You may return all new, open box items where the packaging and products have not been altered, worn, or damaged. Closeout, Final Sale, Last Call, and Discontinued items are FINAL sale and not eligible for return. 

Returns

Initiate your return and print your prepaid return label using the form above. When using the prepaid label to return your order, a return shipping charge starting from $7.95 will be deducted from the return amount. Prepaid labels became available for customer returns in the contiguous 48 states of the United States starting on March 22, 2021.

Make sure your order is sent back to WigOutlet within 30 days from the original ship date. See our Return Policy for full details. 

As of January 1, 2021, there are no restocking fees when you return your item(s) (excluding return shipping cost). When returning your item, you may choose from these options:

• Store Credit - Make your next purchase easy!

• Refund - Eligible returns will receive a refund to your payment method

When will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Typically, financial institutions will process within 3 to 9 business days. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
