    When I received my wig, it was packaged very beautifully. I gently turned it outside in and gently combed the tangles out. It's fits really nice. I've washed it first. Washing went very well. The downside of the wig is you can't put a curling iron or any heat to it (which I did not know until receiving it). I really want to add some loose curls to it but don't know how to now.
