WASHING & STYLING:
Washing:
• Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
• Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
• Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
• Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling:
• Unlike your own hair, Excelle™ fiber only sets after it cools. So keep the curl shape until it’s cool, then release!
• Our recommendation for styling Heat Friendly fiber is to stay between 275° F-300° F for best results.
• Never heat style while wearing the piece

How to measure head size
To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand.
Many wigs come in petite, average and large cap sizes. Average size wigs, however, tend to fit about 90-95% of customers. See wig size chart below, so you are able to determine the best cap size for you!

I returned the item as a "as a piece of trash". Did not even resemble what the wig should have looked like. I currently own 2 of the Spirit by Gabor wigs, so it's not like I didn't have anything to compare it to. the 2 wigs I have arrived in pristine condition.
Their response after inspecting the returned wig was that it was fine. It was not fine or I wouldn't have returned it.
