Disappointment heartbreak

It was a good price for human hair. However, when I took it to be styled , the wig hairdresser found it was sewn wrong and cut with a razor instead of scissors. I may have to give it to Goodwill just to recoup some of my $269 learning experience!

This is my third human hair wig. Loved the lace front and color 1621S very realistic. My first Rachel Welch wig the fit was perfect. My only regret is the back hair below the crown area is very thin. If you’re good with hair this would be a keeper.

Another great deal

Applause is human hair, lace front, completely hand tied and very light weight. Fits my petite average head nicely. Cut required some work to moisturize and style in a way I liked, took a lot of conditioner! But once I worked on it, I was very happy with it. Also very comfortable to wear, and the price is right.

A steal at this price for true petite-average size

I'm a true petite-average. The cap on this wig is very comfortable, the hair density is perfect for the size, which is perfect for me. I really like this wig, but I have many years of experience styling human hair wigs and a roomful of tools and product to do it with. I would imagine that this wig could be very frustrating to the first-time human hair customer. First, before you try to do any styling at all, the wig must be washed and conditioned. The hair will be very dry. I used Ren to wash followed by an oil conditioner, and allowed the hair to air dry for an hour, finishing it off with the cool setting on my hair dryer. The hair was still extremely dry and flyaway, and with no styling, it resembled the proverbial "rat's nest." I then applied a light coating of fractionated coconut oil (which is a little less greasy than other oils, but does condition), being careful not to apply too closely to the knots and focusing on the ends. After the hair absorbed that, I set the wig using electric rollers. It came out great! But the hair required a bit more oil due to dryness. I purchased the R29S. Darker colors might have gone through less processing and might be less dry. But with patience and practice, the dryness and styling are easy to address. I'm very happy with this wig, and I'm glad I purchased it, especially at such a great price!

Sent it back. I ordered dark brown with some red highlights. And the wig that was sent was yellowish gold.
