I’m new to wigs. In fact, I haven’t even worn a wig out of my house. Heck, I can’t even find one that I want to keep on my head for more than 2 minutes. They’re all either too large (Gabor), too much hair (most of them), too much funky permatease, shiny enough to blind someone or just look nothing like the product pictures. I also can’t seem to find the right blonde. I keep ordering what I think is a very light blonde and everyone else seems to swear by, only to open the box to find it’s definitely not blonde enough. Audrey by Rene of Paris is a very cute wig. It fit me much longer than the pictures show but it was very cute. But the color was too dark for me. I had to send it back. And so in my journey to find a wig I’ve probably ordered and sent back 10 -12 wigs. By far, the easiest and quickest company to deal with has been WigOutlet.com and Wigs.com. Do I want to pay a 10% return fee? No of course not. But I view it as a “try on” fee. Apparently it just a fact of life in the wig World. I’m ok with it. Especially when the customer service is as good as WigOutlet.com & Wigs.com. I’ve been very impressed with the lightening quick delivery, the ease of returns and the quick refunds. Great companies!
